Jer graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business and Accounting from IT Tralee, Ireland, in 2010.
He joined AM Architectural Metal & Glass in 2011 and has hands-on experience in all aspects of the business. Jer’s focus is to grow our client base while maintaining our high standards of Quality throughout the organization.
He leads the estimating department which provides detailed preconstruction services, along with backing our operations team to deliver the end-product to our customers that exceeds their expectations.
He joined AM Architectural Metal & Glass in 2011 and has hands-on experience in all aspects of the business. Jer’s focus is to grow our client base while maintaining our high standards of Quality throughout the organization.

Dario day to day role consists of estimating new custom job whether residential, commercial, exterior, and Interior, as well as managing the in-house drafting department. Dario has been with AM for 17 years and has continued to be a top contributor to AM’s success. He seeks out new projects and offers not only the design consult potion, but the releasing of the materials, shop drawing, engineering as well as.
Federico received his Master’s in Architecture at the Polytechnic of Milan and has over 10 years of experience working with architectural and engineering design. He joined AM Architectural Metal & Glass in 2017 and has extensive experience working on both residential and commercial projects in New York City. Federico currently serves as a Director of Project Management contributing to make every project successful.
Tommy graduated from Mercy Mount hawk in Co. Kerry Ireland in 2014 with a sport scholarship and moved to New York in 2014 to chase his dreams in the construction business. Tommy has been with AM since 2019. Since then, he has completely revised all Safety measures and structures at AM Glass, Inc. to make it a safe environment for the AM Team. He has experience from all levels of the field understanding everything from the inside out. Specifically trained for Field Management and Safety.

Meridith is a CPA with over 30 years of public accounting experience. She joined our company in 2017 as our controller and heads up our accounting department. She graduated from Glassboro State College, now known as Rowan with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.
Matt has been a member of the estimating team at AM for four years. Prior to joining AM, he worked in the stained-glass industry for 19 years, where he combined hands-on craftsmanship with estimating and studio management duties. He brings excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic to his estimating role. He continues to be efficient and effective when it comes to bidding new opportunities.
Since 2018, Francesco has be a part of the AM Glass team as Project Manager leading various custom and valuable projects, growing his experience and challenges daily. Francesco has always been interested in the construction world; after he received his High School diploma, he decided to start Architecture in the University, graduating with a master’s degree with the maximum of the evaluation, 110 cum laude.
While studying he developed his knowledge in different fields thanks to his family’s businesses and internships in architecture studios.

Paulo is a Project Manager at AM Architectural. His experience in the engineering field, combined with his history of effective leadership, allows him to manage the day-to-day operational aspects, as well as provide guidance and direction for the projects he works on. He holds an Engineering degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais and a master’s degree in project management. He has successfully led several projects, maintaining cost and quality controls within the required parameters.
Throughout Stefan’s four-year employment with AM, he has used his extensive construction and managerial skills to tactfully and successfully handle all the various projects he maintains simultaneously. He constantly challenges his team and himself without losing sight of the quality.
Justin started working for AM Architectural Metal and Glass in 2021. Since joining, he has taken on various roles to benefit the accounting team. He assists the team with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll. He recently graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2020. Justin is grateful for the opportunity that AM Architectural provides and continuously works hard to keep up the company’s success.
Damian is a Project Manager at AM Glass Inc. He is an Industrial Civil Engineering professional with over ten years of professional experience in progressive directing and managing projects. Highly skilled at examining budgets for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with procedures and regulations. Adept in the management of multiple simultaneous projects, resource deployment & coordination, and schedules. Extensive understanding of effective monitoring to track the progress of projects and report their results. Advanced in Microsoft Office. Proficient in SAP for ERP budgeting. Fluent in Spanish. Damian graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Master’s degree in Industrial Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Finance from Universidad de Chile, Santiago, Chile.
Daiga started working for AM Architectural Metal & Glass in 2017, assisting the office manager with day-to-day duties. After acquiring a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education, Daiga came on board full time and has since broadened the scope of her responsibilities to Accounting, Payroll and Human Resources providing business structure and utilizing her organizational skills. She has contributed to the company’s growth while keeping up with the high standard for customer satisfaction. Daiga takes pride in the company’s reputation and will continue to work hard for the company’s success.
Erica graduated from Hofstra University with a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Industrial Design and Business. She joined AM’s team as an Assistant Project Manager in 2020, and now helps manage the NYC office. The creativity she possesses works cohesively with her organizational skills which allows her to have structure and balance for her workload within the Project Management Department.
Nora graduated in Ireland with a Social Science degree and moved to the USA seeking a challenging new fortuity. Nora joined AM Glass in February 2021. She is excited to growth and expand her skills with the company, with the guidance of the valuable team which she is surrounded by. Nora hopes to maximize quality and efficiency within the Project Management Department.
