She later completed a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, bringing a systems-based perspective to leadership, communication, and organizational health.

As Corporate Secretary and shareholder, Paula remains actively engaged in corporate governance, financial oversight, and long-term strategic alignment, contributing both operational and relational insight to the continued evolution of AM.
